It describes the organizational, personnel and administrative measures which have been taken by Houston Lighting & Power Company M and Brown & Root pursuant to items A. (1) and (4)-(9) of Sec-tion V of said Order.

l (3) and (10) which concern the status of soils, welding

! and concrete work at the site. Test data and. analysis con-firm the adequacy of backfill and compaction activities; a status report on the results of examinations of welding and concrete is submitted as part of the Response.
