DOCKET STN 50-502 PRELIMINARY PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN HAVEN NUCLEAR PLANT On December 20, 1978, Copies 1 through 5 of the above-referenced Security Plan were delivered to, and receipted for by, Mr. Robert Clark, NRR. In our letter to you of May 17, 1980, we withdrew our application to construct and operate the Haven Nuclear Plant.

Accordingly, we request that the'five copies of the Preliminary Physical Security Plan, which contains nuclear plant security provisions that are both generic and unique to this application, be returned to us for appropriate disposition.
