NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR TERMINATION OF PROCEEDING On July 17, 1980, the Applicants filed a motion to terminate the above-captioned proceeding on the grounds that they had withdrawn their appli-cation to construct the Haven Nuclear Plant by letter of May 17, 1980 to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
The NRC Staff has no objec-tion to the withdrawal of the subject application nor the Applicants' motion to terminate the proceeding.
