PJt0D,(UTN FAC.gg-- ----

LICENSEE'S FURTHER REPORT ON SEARCH I FOR SUITABLE TMI-l HEARING FACILITIES Since Licensee filed its Supplemental Report On Search For Suitable TMI-l Hearing Facilities on June 27, 1980, Licensee has identified two additional possiblitties for hearing space.

1. Office space at 500 North Third Street in Harrisburg; approximately 3100 square feet of space on the second floor and/or the sixth f1vor and/or the ninth floor, at approximately $7.50/sq. ft. (including utilities -

heat and a/c, and janitorial services). Cost and terms of any necessary building alterations to be negotiated.

The space is carpeted, and has acoustical ceilings. There are restroom facilities on each floor, and the building is equipped with a high speed elevator. Arrangements for garage parking could be included in the lease at additional cost. For further information, contact Mr. N. M. Gerber, President, Para One C4rporation, at 717-234-4013 (Tuesdays and Thursdays), and at 301-837-7761 or 301-252-8995 at other times. Mr. Gerber is definitely interested in a one year lease.

2. Office space in the buildings fronting on 610-614 Third Street in Harrisburg; total of approximately 6,000 square feet of space available (2,000 square feet each on ground, second and third floors), at approximately $7.50/sq. ft. (excluding utilities).

The space is presently divided into offices, but could be altered at a negotiable additional cost. The space is partially carpeted, and there are restroom facilities on each floor. For additional information, contact Mr. Arnold Kogan of Kogan Real Estate at 717-233-3997.

Both Mr. Gerber and Mr. Martin Kogan, with whom Licensee's representative spoke, stressed the importance of moving quickly to contract now for space needed in October. Both gentlemen generally warned that further delay in contracting for TMI-l hearing space might well preclude the scheduled commencement of the hearing in October. Mr. Gerber specifically noted that he would probably need at least 30 to 40 working days to make any necessary alternations, which could not even be commenced until a lease was signed.

Licensee will report any'further information, should it develop, to the Committee.
