Contract No. NRC-04-78-263 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0!YlISSION THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the lith day of June
,19 80, by and between the. UNITED STATES OF At1 ERICA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), as represdnted by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMIS-SION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (hereinaf ter referred to as the " Contractor").
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC- 04-78-263 as hereinafter provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 19S4, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:

In the prefatory sentence of APPENDIX A, the date a September 30, 1980 "
is substituted for the date " February 29, 1980 2.
In ARTICLE II - THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, the date " September 30, 1930 is substituted for the date " February 29, 1980 8007300pg
