This is to advise that Applicant has received a

copy of a Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories filed 16, 1980.
Pursu-by Intervenors Rentfro and Marrack on June Applicant answered 27, 1980, ant to the Board's order of June these interrogatories on July 9,1980, therefore, the motion is ricot.
In addition, Applicant has received a motion from Dr. Marrack dated Jaly 6, 1980 attempting to quash the subpoena for his deposition originally scheduled on July 8.
Dr. Marrack's deposition was taken by agreement on July 16, therefore, the notion to quash is also moot.
