Dear Mr. Cowan:
In the course of my deposition on June 18, 1980, you requested that I produce various documents related to Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power, including but not limited to newsletters, bylaws, minutes, news releases, and position papers. We agreed at that time that I would consult with the Board of Directors of CCANP regarding these requests.
On Tuesday, July 1, 1980, at a meeting of Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power, I conveyed your requests for documents.
By vote of the members present, I have been instructed to request that you provide to CCANP the reasons for your requests within fourteen (14) days.
As soon as we receive your reasons and have an opportunity to review them, you will be notified of our decision regarding your requests.
On the matter of my continuing deposition, I am no longer available the first week in August. I suggest that we move the deposition to the last week of July and that the deposition be taken in San Antonio.
