NOTICE OF VIOLATION Union Electric Company Docket No. 50-483 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on May 1-30, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compli-ance with NRC requirements as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion 5 and SNUPPS PSAR paragraph 17.1.5 re-quires that activities affecting quality.
. shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, procedures, or drawings.
SNUPPS PSAR paragraph 3.12 states, that the QA requirements for.
storage.
. are in accordance with ANSI N45.2.2. Daniel International Procedure AP-IV-09, " Storage and Maintenance" paragraph 3.6 states that,
" Maintenance shall as a minimum, meet the requirements of reference 2.5.
(Reference 2.5 is ANSI N45.2.2)."
Contrary to the above, covers and/or panel closures are not being routinely reinstalled at the completion of work on electrical panels.
