i 2. otscatPriCN CF AMtNOMENr/MCOif.CADCN The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to extend the Period of Performance to complete t.he effort, in its entirety, under the subject contract.
Accordingly:
The parties hereof autually agree that the Contract Schedule shall be revised as follows:
- 1) Under Section H - Deliveries or Performance, Subsection H.3, second line of paragraph, celete five (5) and substituu six (6) in lieu thereof.
- 2) The change set forth herein shall have no impact on the contract value, which remains constant at $9,666.33.
This incorporates Contractor's message dated July 14, 1980, which is attached hereto.
