MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued on July 17,1980(andservedon July 18,1980) its Prehearing Conference Order and Notice of Final Prehearing Conference in the above-captioned proceedings. Under 10 C.F.R. 3 2.752, 1/
objections, if any, must be filed by July 28, 1980.~
The Staff is considering filing objections and proposing revisions of the Order, and has commenced dis-cussions with the other parties to detennine if the other parties can join in or support the Staff's objections and proposed revisions to the Order.
In order to allow opportunity for these discussions to proceed, the NRC Staff j
respectfully requests a three (3) day extension (until July 31,1980) of the date for filing objections to the Order. The other parties have been consulted If Since the NRC Staff was served through its inter-office mail system on July 18, 1980, the July 28, 1980 filing date appears to apply to it, as well as to other parties.
