Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-56.
This Application requests a temporary change to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications relating to the permissible time period for repairing inoperable shock suppressors on safety related systems.
This Application was telecopied to the Commission on July 18, 1980.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
