This is in response to your letter dated July 10, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to all telephone logs and relatad calendars and memoranda pertaining to Commissioner Victor Gilinsky.
In a telephone conversation on July 15, 1980 between Ms. Mary Jean Raphael of my staff and yourself, you indicated that your request should include only Commissioner Gilinsky's 1979 telephone log and related documents.
In response to your revised request, we wish to inform you that the subject telephone log and related documents have been placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
They can be lccated in the Commissioner's Telephone Log File and are available for public inspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Upon your direct request to the PDR and your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed directly by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges plus tax and postage.
This completes action on your request.
