This is in response to your letter of June 25, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of records pertaining to Scott luminous, Inc.
These records, comprising 128 pages, are listed in Appendix A, and copies are enclosed.
Deletions of certain information pertaining to other companies, and therefore not within the scope of your request, have been made in Documents 1, 2, 10, and 18.
The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room is 10 cents per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the total charge, which you agreed in your letter to pay, is $12.80.
