THE PETITIOI OF STEVE J. GADLER FOR REVIEW OF ATOMIC SAFETY & LICENSING ECARD ORDER DEWING PETITION TO INTERVENE.
On Decenber 20, 1971, Steve J. Gadler (potitioner), filed a timely petition to in:ervene in the above-captioned proceeding pursuant to the Supplancatary notice of Hearing published in the Federal Register on Fovember 29, 1971 (36 F.R. 23169).
The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued its Order deny-ing petition to intervene dated February 9, 1972.
Steve J. Gadler hereby petitions the Atomic Safety and li-censing Appeals Board for a review of the aforementioned Order of the Atomic Sa ety and Licensing Board in the above-captioned matter docketed February 10, 1972.
