" study" was not forwarded to the Public Service Cem=issien nor do we plan to forward it, since it cont: ins no cdditional dats en nuclear power plent reliability. The paper only contains the views of one member of the Commis-sion's staff on the policy issue as to the proper role of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding nuclesr power plant reliabilitv.
