MOTION OF APPLICANT FOR FIXING DATE FOR DISCOVERY MOTIONS Applicant Consumers Power Company hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.718, for an order requiring all intervenors opposing the application to serve and file all motions for pre-hearing discovery con-cerning issues arising under the National Environmental Policy Act permitted under 10 CFR 552.720, 2.740, 2.741 and 2.744 by no later than September 7, 1971.

The order should further provide that no such motion will be entertained after that date except upon a showing that it was impossible to make such motion during the time provided in this order.

the Board grant this motion by signing the attached order.
