Doc _ket Kos Gentlemen-Tnis is to advise the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board that the AEC regulatory staf f fully concurs with the views set forth in the applicant's letter of January 30, 1973, responding to Mr. Cherry's assertion, by letter dated January 26, 1973, that neither the applicant nor the staff filed a timely response to the Saginaw Intervenors' motion to recall the Initial Decision I
on grounds of bias. For the reasons stated by the applicant, Mr. Cherry is plainly in error; the applicant's and staff's responses to the subject motion were both filed on time.
