ORDER The Board has before it Consumers Power Company's Cor-(Consumers) Motion to Strike Proposed Transcript rections of The Dow Chemical Company.
This pleading was filed with the Board on July 27, 1977.
Dow Chemical Company (Dow) submitted the transcript corrections on January 24, 1977 and March 1, 1977.
Both Dow and the NRC Regulatory Staff object that Consumers' pleading is untimely and should not be allowed.
In the alternative, Dow requested that it be given addi-tional time in which to respond to the substantive aspects of Consumers' objections.
