Board that it was withdrawing its subpoena requiring that Dr. Tim appear for a deposition in Salem, Oregon on April 20, 1977. The Staff ~ took this action to allow Mr. Cherry,. Counsel for All Intervenors Other Than Dow, tim to ob.iect to the taking of Dr. Tim's deposition. The purpose in taking Dr. Tim's deposition was to gather infomation necessary to the completion of the Staff's report to the Board. e The Staff has rescheduled the deposition of Dr. Tim for May 5,;1977 and consecuently will be unable to file its neport to the Board on April 28, 1977.
