DOW RESPONSE TO BOARD INQUIRY Dr. Goodman (Tr. 3071) requested Dow's best estimate of chlorine or chloride releases from its plant during the construction years of the Midland nuclear plant.
The maximum and monthly mesn concentrations at the nuclear plant site would be the same as those given for chloride containing compe.mds in the effluent list for 1975 submitted June 29, 1971.
