Each person named in the Attached Certificate of Service and to Dr. Richard J. Timm.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, commencing at 9:30 a.m. on April 20, 1977 and continuing thereafter from c4y to day until completed, at the Holiday Inn, 745 Commercial Street, Salem, Oregon, 97301, the NRC Staff shall take the deposition on oral examination of Dr. Richard J. Timm,1038 Cascade Drive, N. W., Salem, Oregon 97304.
The subject matter of the deposition shall be all matters relating to allegations made by Dr. Timm regarding inconsistencies between the testimony filed by Consumers Power Company in this proceeding and the testimony presented by Consumers to the Michigan Public Service Commission in its rate application of January 18, 1977.
