PROPOSED EXP0RIS OF BYPRODUCT MATERIAL AND COMPONENTS TO EXXON NUCLEAR FACILITY IN WEST GERMANY (XB001100 and XCOM0420)

Exxon Nuclear requested expeditious processing of two exoort license applications for the export of Californium-252 and one Fuel Rod Assay System to their West German facility, Due to the urgent requirement for the byproduct material and the components, the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued was waived for these two license applications.
