Dear Parties:
This is to advise you that on July 9,1980, the undersigned telephoned the Chairman of the Licensing Board in this proceeding to attempt to ascertain the Board's availability for a prehearing conference and commencement of the evidentiary hearing in the last quarter of this year.
Mr. llolfe advised the undersigned that he could not speak for the other members of the Board, but that he might have late summer or early fall commitments in another proceeding which he could not confirm until after July 14.
He suggested that the parties meet as planned on July 10 and thereafter present to the Board any agreements that can be reached regarding scheduling.
