I do not understand.
I I could understand;" Failure mechanism is unknown at this time."
I could understand, "Several failure mechanisms were at work."
I do not understand how something can fail unless there is some erplanation f%
for the failure. It sounds to me like a child saying the jar of peanut butter fell out of the refrigerator by itself.
Flease explain what is meant by "There was no specific failure mechanism"?
