Based on the NRC inspection April 14-16, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These iteme have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Criterion XI of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, implemented by Georgia Power Company PSAR Section 17.1.11 " Test results shall be documented and eval-uated to assure that test requirements have been satisfied."
Contrary to the above, the results of the daily moisture content correlation

check tests (tests which are a requirement of procedure number CD-T-01) have not been evaluated to verify that the moisture content determined by use of the rapid (open pan) method correlates with the moisture content determined by the ASTM 2216 method.
This is an infraction.
