S2,708(d) THAT CNE ORIGINAL AND 20 CONFOR'!ED COPIES OF ALL PLEADINGS BE FILED WITH THE COMMISSION Comes now the petitioner The Safe Energy Alliance of Central Alabama ('.vreinafter "SEACA") and moves this Honorable Commission to relie. ' it of the requirement of C.F.R. S 2.7 08 (d) that one original and 20 conformed copies of all pleadings be filed 'with the Commission. As grounds therefore, the petit ioner shows unto the Commission the following:
1.
SEACA is a non-profit corporation with very limited resources and cannot afford the expense and burden of reproducing 20 additional copies of all pleadings sent to the Ccmmission, especially when so many other copies of all pleadings must be mailed.
2.
