Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear Mr. Carr:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 U.S.C. S552 and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations implementing FOIA, 10 C.F.R. Part 9, I hereby request that NRC furnish:
(1)
Copies of all indemnity agreements between the utility (ies) and NRC (or AEC), along with all attachments, endorsements, and amendments, and all correspondence between the utility (ies) and NRC (AEC) relating to such agraements, attachments, endorsements, and amendments, for Three Mile Island Units 1 and 2.
(2)
Copies of the insurance policy (ies) pursuant to the Price-Anderson Act, along with all declara-tions, attachments, endo'rsements, and amendments, and all correspondence between the utility (ies) and NRC (AEC) relating to such policies, declarations, attachments for Three Mile Island Units 1 and 2.
If for any reason you determine that some portions of the requested documents or information are exempt from disclosure under FOIA, please delete any such allegedly exempt material, inform me of the basis for such an exemption, and provide me with copies of those portions of the documents which are not so exempt.
