Director of Regulatior. (isly.2) IOCl MODIFICATION OF ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY, MIDLAND PLANTS, UNITS 1 AND 2 The order to show cause issued on December 3, 1973, to Consumers Power Company has been modified by the Director of Regulation on this date.
The order was modified based on a determination that the licensee now has appropriate procedures for cadwelding operations and that all cadweld inspec-tion personnel has been appropriately trained.
This determination was based on a special inspec-tion performed by Regulatory Operations personnel.
