Dear Chairman Murphy:
The Saginaw May 28 memorandum continues er-Joneously to. assert that Dow has not furnished the list of documents, in compliance with the Board's ruling. -
As we have several times previously stated, the Dow schedule was furnished to Saginaw on December 1, 1970.
Saginaw has not to this point asked for.or even made reference to any specific document listed on the December 1 schedule.
