FOR ORDER REQUIRING INTERVENORS TO FILE CERTAIN DIRECT TESTIMONY ON NUCLEAR SAFETY MA7fERS PRIOR TO JUNE 7,1971 Applicant, Consumers Power Company, moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for an order providing:
I That intervenors, in addition to filing direct testimony on subjects enumerated in the Board's order of May 18, 1971, shall file direct testimony by June 7,1971 on the following areas of nuclear safety:

Any statement o? conclusions concerning nuclear systems, equipnent, criteria or safety contained in the PSAR or Staff Safety Evaluation which the intervenors intend to controvert and as to which intervenors have filed no interrogatories directed i

2 intervenors intend to controvert on the basis of knowledge presently in their possession either by way of their own. knowledge, documents publicly available or received from applicant or staff, ansvers received to interrogatories, or other-vise.
E That at the hearing intervenors shall be confined in their participation to subjects controverted by them as provided above, ex-cept upon a showing of good cause. Such a showing of good cause could be made by the showing of the availability of additional infomation not available to intervenors as of June 1, 1971.
