New York, New York 10027 Nid= v ~v' Re: Docket Nos. 50-329 & 50-330 Despite the fact that AEC staff has requested an extension of time for its brief to April 25, 1971, Applicant urges that intervenors not be granted any extension beyond the-originally scheduled date of May 1, 1971 to reply to Applicant 's brief in support of its objections to Saginaw intervencrs' interrogatories to AEC. Intervenors should not requi re more time to answer Applicant alone than they did to answer both Applicant and staff. Keeping this original date will mean that briefs from all parties will be in hand at the conference of counsel cn May 1st so that the objections can be meaningfully argued at th&c time .
