In response to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's telegram-orders of May 13, !!ay 27 and June 1,1971,, directing the AEC regulatory staff to answer certain of the interrogatories addressed to the AEC in this proceeding by intervenors Saginaw Valley i!uclear Study Group ~et al, we transmit heree.'itn signed answers to the following interrogatorTeE 237; 240; 242; 247, to the extent that information is sought as to the basis of the calculation of the dose; 255; 265; 204; 289; 303; 304, except insofar as it asks for "each standard and criteria"; and 325.
We are deferring ' preparation of answers to interrogatories 267(c),
268, 333 and 334 until we have completed our reevaluation of the effectiveness of the Midland Plant emergency core cooling system.
Answers to the remaining six interrogatories (23, 241, 250, 316, 318 and 319) are in preparation.
