ORDER AND NOTICE IT IS ORDERED:

That the evidentiary hearing concerning the suspension proceeding in this matter will continue beginning at 9 :30 a.m. on January 18, 1977, at the U. S. Court of Claims, Courtroom 1614, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604; (2)
That the parties will notify the Board no later than January 5, 1977, whether they have been able to agree on a schedule for the presentation of evidence beginning on that date and continuing during the balance of that week.

That if no agreement has been reached by the parties by said date, each will then
