A notice of the availability of the report and rcr;uest for comments from State and local agencies has been sent to the Office of the Federal register for filins; ard publication (copy encloaed). A request for couments also has teen sent to those applicable Federal ar,encies specified in the. Cotracil on invironmental Quality's rer.ornadu:a of June 3,1970, an. a copy of the report has been forwarded to the Council.

Af ter ve have received the co:ssents of the Federal, State, and local agencies, we will prepare a detailed enviren ental statement, includin:: a discussion of any problen or objections raised and the disposition thereof. Ue will forward a copy of this statement to the Coc=ittee.
