D.C. 20545 UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION DOCK 2T NOS. 50-329 and 50-330 CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE 0'F AMENDMENTS TO CONSTRUCTION PERMITS Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Memorandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board, dated March 26,1973 (ALAB-106),
the Deputy Director for Reactor Projects, Directorate of Licensing, has iasued Amendment No. I to Construction Permit No. CPPR-81 and Amendment No. I to Construction Permit No. CPPR-82. Construction Fermits Nos. CPPR-81 and CPPR-82 authorize Consumers Power Company to construct the Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2, at a site adjacent to the Tittabawassee River in Midland County, Michigan.
The amendments issued by the Deputy Director for Reactor Projects incorporate in the construction permits certain additional reporting requirements, relating to quality assursm e, which were specified in, and imposed by ALAB-106.
Copies of ALAB-106 and the amendments referred to herein are on file in the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.
C.,
and at the Grace Dow Memorial Library, 1710 W. St. Andrews Road, Midland, Michigan. Single copies of these documents may be obtained upon request addressed to the U. S. Atomic Energy Commission, Washington, D. C.
