ADDITIONAL APPEAL BY PAW PAW ON GROUNDS OF IMPROPER SERVICE In addition to the grounds set forth in the "Apper:1 Dy Non-Parties From Adverse Orders Granting Subpoenas In i
Favor of Consumers Power Company" in which Paw Paw joins, the Village of Paw Paw appears specially and separately appeals from the orders of the trial board issuing subpoenas.
Since~ the proper parties were not served in that the Village President and the Village Clerk were subpoenaed and they are neither employees of the municipal utility nor are they knowledgeable in that field, the subpoenas against them should be quashed.
Respectfully submitted,-
/d<.WW Y
