AGENDA A site tour and meeting will be condu'cted by NRC to review Midland Plant, Units 1 & 2 and interfacing offsite structures and facilities (i.e.,
upstream dams and Dow Chemical).
May 2, 1978 acitivities will include a meeting with Consumers Power Com-pany to review site and facility construction status, followed by a tour.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the following disciplines: foundation engineering, hydrology, meteorology, radiological design and exclusion area activities.
May 3, 1978 activities will include a meeting with representatives of Consumers Power Company and Dow Chemical to review interfacing items between Midland Plant, Units 1 & 2 and the Dow Chemical Facility.
Particular emphasis will be placed upon identification and location of chemical storage activities at both the nuclear plant and the chemical plant, use of process steam by Dow, returns from Dow to the nuclear plant through process steam condensate, and common portions of the site exclusion area.
A parallel meeting and tour of upstream dams will be conducted on May 3, 1978, between representatives of Consumers Power Company and the Commission's Hydrology Branch of NRR.
