This report consists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Rep' orts, Quality Assurance Discrepancy v
Reports, and Management Corrective Action Reports written or closed during the month; all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel NCR's; and Consumers Power Company Iionconformance Reports written or closed during the month. The second copy of Bechtel NCR No. 254, which is illegible except for signatures, is included only to shc4 original signoffs.
