This report consists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Rep' orts, Quality Assurance Discrepancy v Reports, and Management Corrective Action Reports written or closed during the month; all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel NCR's; and Consumers Power Company Iionconformance Reports written or closed during the month. The second copy of Bechtel NCR No. 254, which is illegible -

except for signatures, is included only to shc4 original signoffs.
