.9 During the July 30, 1975 meeting on implenentation o' Quality Assurance Regulatory uides it was agreed that it would be desireable for the Midland Project to first prepare responsive positions describing how the Project vill comply with the egulatory Guides and then prepare positions describing when thet.ie responsive p s tions vill be implemented and for which activities those positions vill be implemented.

Therefore, we propose the following schedule for obtaining NRC review of the Midland Project QA Regulatory Guide Positions:

1.

Consumers Power vill submit responsive positions for October 15, 1975 each QA Regulatory Guide.

2.

A meeting vill be held with NRC persennel to discuss ITovember 1,1975 the responsive positions.

3.

Coneumers Power vill submit positions describing when February 15, 1976 and to what scope the responsive positions vill be applied.

4.

A meeting vill be held with NRC pereennel to discuss Idarch 1, 1976 the scheduling and scope positions.

Please advise if the above schedule is acceptable.
