. m on September 20, 1977, membst's of the NRC staff met in Bethesda, Maryland with representatives of Constanars Power Company (CPC) and Bechtel Associates. An attendance list is attached.
CPC discussed physical security plans for the Midland site during latter stages of construction of Unit 1 while Unit 2 is operational. This portion of the Security Plan will be submitted for staff review by December 1977. Derails of the discussion and plan relate to information deemed under 10 CFR 2.790d to be exempt from public disclosure.
The staff stated thai the Midland Security Plan must follow draft EUREG-0207, " Interim Format and Content for a Physical Security Plan
- f for Nuclear Power Plants," dated February 1977. NUREG-0207 will be reviewed before the end of 1977 to e14 min =ce the draft ses.as.
