the subject proceeding will be held on October 15, 1973, at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Suite 500, Postal Rate Commission, 2000 L Street, N.W., Washington, D. C.
At the final prehearing conference the parties are to j
exchange those exhibits and prepared testimony intended to be offered into evidence.

e In addition, the parties are given until the close of business October 19, 1973, to exchange any remaining exhibits and prepared testimony, the submittal of which beyond the October 15, 1973 date was due to problems arising out of the discovery process.
Moreover, except for good cause shown, all outstand-ing discovery by the parties shall be completed by Octo-ber 15, 1973.
The Board will set a tentative date for commencement of the evidentiary hearing at said prehearing conference.
l In addition, the Board will discuss other matters that will facilitate the evidentiary hearing.
