The report j consists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports and Quality Audit Findings 1 ( written or closed during the month, all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel NCR's, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
