ten (10) copies of the nonconformance report for January 1977. The report con-sists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports, Quality Assurance Discrepancy Reports, Quality Action Reports, all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log representing nonconformances open during the month, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
