The report con-sists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports, Quality Assurance Discrepancy Reports, Quality Action Requests and Quality Audit Findin6s, Management Corrective Action Reports, all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel NCR4, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
