NOTICE TO DELOYEES DOCKET NOS 50-329 AND 50-330 In response to your letter request of April 15, 1977 concerning the posting of an enclosed notice at our Midland site, please be advised that we are taking action to post that notice, and it vill be posted at the Midland site in accord-ance with your request by July 8, 1977 The reason for =y delay in answering your request is that in discussions with our architect-engineer-constructor, Bechtel power Corporation, ve learned that they were developing a policy con-cerning the sa=e subject, and I felt it would be appropriate for it to be posted together with your notice. Their policy has been developed and vill also be posted by July 8, 1977 A copy of the Bechtel policy is enclosed.
