. MEETING OF NOVEMBER 14,1975 TO DISCUSS ECOLOGICAL STUDY PROGRAM A meeting was held in Bethesda, Maryland, on Novereer 14, 1975, to discuss the ecological study program Consumers Power plans to conduct prior to operation of the Midland Plant. An attendance list is attacned.

Consulars Power Company plans to submit an application for an operating license in the Spring of 1978. As a result, they are initiating plans to conduct the two year ecological study program required as conditions of their CP. Consumers indicated that they would like to discuss the details of their ecological program with the staff prior to its imple-mentation.

At the meeting, it was agreed that Consumers would submit a description of the ecological program to staff for their cocment in February 1975, The staff indicated that they would provide co::nents on the proposed program witnin three months of its submittal.
