I am responding to your letter of January 24, 1969, with reference to the application filed by Consuners Power Company for a constructive permit and facility license to authorize construction and operation of two pressurized water nuclear reactors at its proposed site in Midland County, Michigan.
Since there is no involvement of properties listed on the National Register, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation has no co.':: ment to make on the proposal.
