In accordance with Condition 4 of Memorandum and Order AIAB-106 dated March 26, 1973, and Anendment No.1 to the Midland Plant Construction Permit, enclosed are two copies of the noncon-formance reports for January 1975 This report consists of copies gof Bechtal Tinnconformance Reports, Quality A::m:rance Discrepancy Reports, and Management Corrective Act' ion ' Reports wra.tten or closen during the month; all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel UCR's; and Consuners Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
It also includes closed Consu=crs Power Company General Office NCR's 65-68 which were inadvertently not included previously.
