Pursuant to the telephonic conference initiated by the Chai; man on January 16, 1973, in which it was indicated to coun-sel for all parties that the Order of November 28, 1972, applied

Interveners will, however, file a motion to compel the production of certain pre-1960 documents which relate to the relevant issues in controversy.
WHEREFORE, in accordance with the above, the " Request For Clarification" dated January 11, 1973 is hereby withdrawn by the interveners.
