5652 Your IE Bulletin 78-06 on " Defective Cutler-Ha==er Type M Relays with DC Coils" requested that investigation be made to determine whether Cutler-Hammer type M relays with de coils were used or planned for use in the safety syste=s at the Midland Plant Units 1 and 2.
Through our investigation, we have determined that there are no Cutler-Har ;r type M relays with de coils which fall into this category.
